My experience at the Paula was very unpleasant. I first came in to have recall work done on my truck only to find out after having the truck there for a full day that you did not have the parts. I was contacted two months later and was told that work would take two hours. I drove there dropped off the vehicle and could not get an update on the progress of the vehicle for more than 8 hours. When I arrived to pick up the truck nobody was at the desk and I had to walk through the shop looking for help. More

Bought a truck from these guys, brand new, three weeks later the AC compressor goes. I called to have them look at immediately, and they told me I’d be 3 week to even look at. Called my sales rep, he was later the AC compressor goes. I called to have them look at immediately, and they told me I’d be 3 week to even look at. Called my sales rep, he was an able to get me in quicker based on the circumstances. None the less, it took the 8 weeks later, 3 separate visits, some “delayed” parts, and finally fixed it after an initial failed attempt. Not sure if they even tested it the first time. Either way, we were treated incredibly rudely and with an “I don’t give a ****” attitude by the service team. The sales rep was a good dude though. More
