I waited long periods of time and had to submit the same documents, drivers license, Costco card, several time The sales department was not organized. I waited long periods of time and had to submit the same documents, drivers license, Costco card, several times during my three visits. When I went to pay for the car, the finance department needed the same information and questioned why my deposit was an uneven amount. I told them that the sales person instructed me to leave a 10% deposit on the vehicle. Picking up the car took a couple of hours even though I was paying cash and had made an appointment prior to coming. I would suggest that the customer's information is collected once and folder is made with the information that other departments and the same sales person doesn't ask for the same documents over again. I wish there was a "maybe" recommendation because I was happy with the car and there were several nice people that assisted me with my registration and a need to go to the service department shortly after purchasing the vehicle. The service department experience exceeded my expectations. More

Excellent customer service Based on previous experience with other dealers, I was a little hesitate to visit another until I decided to visit DCH. Once I got there, spoke with Lenny Ramos, explained what I was looking for and he was committed in doing the impossible to provide options. I was referred to Aron Varela and once he heard my situation, he was real upfront and offered possible options based on what I could afford. You can tell when a salesperson knows what he talking about and is sincere. This guy went all out. He offered a 2012 camry that was in excellent conditions which would be a perfect match based on my needs. We did the numbers and it worked out perfect. A comfortable monthly payment and when signing papers, I was told that they were able to work with the bank and lower the payment by $50 which was great. I was really grateful for them going all out to help we get what I needed that was a car, I would recommend them without a doubt. Thanks Lenny and Aron. God bless you guys More

The only thing I was taken aback by was that we discussed including Touch-up paint a couple times throughout the day, and then at the end of the day I was taken to the cashier to pay for it.
