Regret I am very disappointed and not even close to being satisfied. I knew i should have just walked away when the vehicle did not arrive on time and i hear I am very disappointed and not even close to being satisfied. I knew i should have just walked away when the vehicle did not arrive on time and i heard all of the lies that were being told to me , but they begged me and i thought maybe I shouldn't be to hard on them , which was a regretful move .. Once the papers were signed no one had time for me .. the sales person did not have time to fully go through everything so she pushed me onto to another sales person and 10 minutes into that, his next "appointment" apparently was walking in , so he leaves and nothing was rectified , and still isn't.. navigation system nor the Uconnect system work properly.. I REGRET not going back to Chevrolet, where i purchased my first vehicle .. the salesman there actually took at least an hour(this was I signed the papers)going through everything with me , he even took the time to set up OnStar for me .. Never again will i go back to South Oak to purchase another vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk and i expected and deserved more . More
