Giovanni is such an attentive, caring, well-mannered, polite young business man. He definitely changes any woman’s perspective when they arrive to a car dealership. But Giovanni takes his time not only explaining the process without mansplaining it, but breaks down the necessities as to avoid any anxiety during the process.
