I came in late night to purchase a Honda Accord unfortunately f I worked with Leon Miller and he was great if I am rating him its 5 star all the way. I came in late night to purchase a Honda Accord unfortunately for me, i was at wits end as I had an issue with a different car dealership and found the whole car buying experience a xxxx of a lot more stressful than it really needs to be. The part i take issue with is where they come in at the end and tell me my credit score seriously man don't lie to people i know my credit score coming in and you tell me i am 50 - 60 points lower than where i know i am. Again this was not on Leon this was on Finance, i honestly was ready to walk away but the deal i received was fair enough. I am writing this a month after my purchase because i just received a letter from the credit agency that you pulled my credit from and confirmed me to be an 808 and you tell me i am a 749 that is just xx and bad business. For that i will not be a repeat customer no matter how good your deals are. Live and learn... To the owner, i understand you have multiple dealerships but please school your finance people and tell them this is 2019 we consumers have this info readily available and come in knowing our scores don't pull some xx crap on us because seriously, I will not be back and in the future i will stand up and walk away when i hear some crap from a so called "finance expert"... Unfortunately, i cannot recall the Finance person i worked with but they should all be aware regardless of who it was in my case i believe it was Paul. More
