I arrived 1 hour early to pick up my car. It was not ready, Ok, my fault. I proceeded to wait for 2 hours. Short staffed. Ok, I get it. Finally given keys to my car. Annoying, but not a huge deal. Get the car home, one of the warning lights I asked to have checked went on and has stayed on. Overall, not the most positive experience. Bob was friendly enough to talk with, but bottom line, he forgot that my vehicle was supposed to be ready on Saturday. He thought it was supposed to be Monday. Instead of what I thought was going to be a quick 15 minute pickup ended up being 2 hours of wasted time. More

Leslie's customer service was spectacular and responsive. Definitely a very satisfied out of state purchase and not seeing the vehicle in person. She provided photos and videos to inspect it.
