Bad repairs. Customer service is horrible. Service Manager makes excuses for bad service. Bad repairs do not get any type of priority. Service Rider does not handle situations well. Team seemed confused that I have completed one of these already. Long phone hold to set up appointment. The greeting was poor and I was redirected. Team seemed confused that I would have an auto butler and oil change on the same visit. Had to call multiple times to check progress. When I came to get the truck, it was parked in the general lot, not by service so I wandered in the rain looking. After that, I saw the interior was superficially clean with crumbs still on the cup holder. If the auto butler is a mandatory program- my truck needs to be clean and appointments convenient. More
