Lexus North Miami used car sale operation is a total SCAM. I checked the value of my car online and out of nowhere Lexus reached out to me via phone and email asking me to sell them my car. they were su SCAM. I checked the value of my car online and out of nowhere Lexus reached out to me via phone and email asking me to sell them my car. they were super insistent asking me to come over to get the car appraised. They even gave me a price range of the value. I went there this morning and what a waste of time. I had an appointment and when I showed up no one knew why I was here. On top of it the value they gave me prior was a total bait and switch technique because they gave me a low ball offer $12K lower to what they quoted me ( nothing is wrong with the car and it is in great shape). DO NOT GO THERE to buy or sell a car they are not serious people. Let's not forget the two front desk staff who prefer to look at their phone or talk to each other instead of helping potential customers. More
