The reason I gave the dealership only three stars is because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I understand that he has to present the warranty and explain in detail what was involved and I understand the process. Devin continued to push the warranty and I expressed that I had no interest. After I believe eight to ten times I was irritated and about to walk out and tell the sales person Levi Williams that I was done. When I did see him he was very upbeat and I did not say anything about Devin I then had a great experience listening and learning the technical aspects from Levi. As I am completing this rating I just got a call from Levi and explained my position. More

This car wasn't just a new car for me. It was a new start. The entire staff, sales manager, Internet Sales Manager and Dan treated me like a friend. This is my 3rd Hyundai but my first purchase from Lithia and I can't say how much I enjoyed and appreciated the attentiveness without the feeling of pressure. Thank you so much for everything.
