Dan really took care of us and we are truly grateful because buying a new car can be quite tramatic alot of emotions, self doubt, buyers remorse, almost looking for any excuse to hightail it back home and just pray that tomorrow morning there will be a new car miraculously in the driveway! Even better when I was driving down car lot row kietzke lane I was practicing my super duper can't be gotten over on done massive homework car buying genius charade but not even 5 minutes after walking through the front doors at lithia Hyundai and mingling around the showroom chopping it up with the employees and other car shoppers that whole tough guy act I practiced so keenly simply evaporated and I knew everything thing was going to be fine. The atmosphere at Lithia Hyundai was so relaxing and it was right. Then I just happened to cross paths with Dan Dunham the guy who gave me the best deal on my new car. I would like to wrap this up with those folks at Lithia Hyundai in Reno their not just into selling cars, it occurred to me that those folks provide each of us with peace of mind and a safe means to travel , that's some serious business right there and it wasn't hard to see that each and everyone of those Lithia employees I met took their position very serious and that's huge.
