Class Act and Worth The Drive First and foremost let me say that my salesman, Billy Parente is the nicest and most respectful car salesman I've ever dealt with in my entire adult l First and foremost let me say that my salesman, Billy Parente is the nicest and most respectful car salesman I've ever dealt with in my entire adult life period.. From our initial phone call to the texting that we did...and when I ultimately showed up for the test drive; Billy was respectful and honest as well as dedicated to getting me the best possible deal he could. AND HE DID!... he really did. As a matter of fact, his entire team, was absolutely focused on providing the best customer service experience that they could. I have been to at least 7 car dealerships before finally coming back to Hyundai of New Port Richey I let me tell you.... I waited far too long to double back to them. There is a reason why they are the Hyundai giant. There is reason why they have such an incredible and diverse inventory. There is a reason why they move so much volume every week. The reason is, each and every one of these individuals engenders no sense of pressure and provide only true guidance, support and Direction when it comes to purchasing their cars. Everybody in the Tampa Bay area needs to buy a car from Hyundai of New Port Richey and if they don't, shame on them. Lol More
