New to the area They were very accommodating to my work schedule and getting me right in. The shuttle is a great convenience. My only complaint is that they can't determine why my car hesitates on acceleration, they tell me it doesn't do it... but it does! More

Excellent customer care. I was told by auto zone I needed a new alternator Hyundai said my alternator was fine. A Long Story that ended Well I have had my 2011 Elantra Limited for over seven years. I had issues with everything that was an upgrade on the vehicle starting with the Bluetooth I have had my 2011 Elantra Limited for over seven years. I had issues with everything that was an upgrade on the vehicle starting with the Bluetooth immediately on bring the car home up to recently the sunroof and the key-less entry door handle falling off. After various excuses and explanations regard the Bluetooth, John Little approved its replacement in 2017. Only took six years and my going to the head of the Service department. The more recent failures happened after warranty but again going the head of Service, Andrew Hutchinson and sharing my overall experience, he stepped up to the plate and took care of all the problems. I have to admit that at one point I was ready to throw the car away but now that all the problems have been fixed and everything on the car is working properly, my faith has been restored in the dealership. I have to say I believe I just got a lemon and this experience is not typical of the vehicle. Hopefully I can look forward to year of good service from the vehicle. More
