Great Car Buying Experience Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I was drawn to the amount of safety features that Subaru offers for a reasonable price. I test drove a Crosstrek first with Rhett first and then took about 2 weeks to decide what model and specs that I wanted. After attempting to find a vehicle in the color that I wanted originally through another dealership, I decided to go with one that Rhett had to offer for almost the same price with even more features! The team were very thorough and helpful through the whole process and took care of almost everything! Pam handled the financing which was very smooth and easy to understand. We went in knowing we wanted a Subaru, just didn't know whether we wanted a Forester or an Outback until we could compare them side-by-side. Rhett made the entire process so easy and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Once we decided on the Outback, it was time to work out a price. The usual back and forth between sales and us that I expected just did not happen. We were given a reasonable deal on both the new purchase and our trade without having to fight hard for either. I would highly recommend them. More
