When dropping off the vehicle to have the ceramic coating applied, an error message appeared indicating that there were two issues with the vehicle. I went inside to ask if someone could look at the messages applied, an error message appeared indicating that there were two issues with the vehicle. I went inside to ask if someone could look at the messages and add it to the service appointment. I was treated as if it was an annoyance to do so. Both service reps exchanged glances that emphasized the annoyance. The service rep stated, “I guess I can take a look.” My husband was contacted the next day to pick up the vehicle. When he inquired about the error messages, she replied, “ What error messages?” Then she stated that she had completely forgotten to have them look at it. When it was looked at, we were told if it only comes on once in a while it was okay. We only needed to worry if it remained on. Randomly appearing warnings don’t make us comfortable with the vehicle’s performance. More

However, the time to get started on the service assessment (4 days) and to obtain the necessary part (2+1 reorder correc My repair was completed.
