Everyone at Luther Burnsville VW has been amazing but in particular Linda Radue. She’s incredibly kind, so knowledgeable and helpful! We sat down and went over the numbers between buying & leasing and she explained everything in detail. Right then and there I decided I would lease. I promise I’m not crazy, I just love having a car I can rely on that doesn’t constantly need something fixed. I always work with Linda because she is PHENOMENAL!! I promise- I’m not related to anyone who works at this dealership - I am truly a loyal customer because of the great service provided whenever I need service and/or it’s time to buy a new car. Linda is great at what she does, doesn’t waste your time, and most importantly - she doesn’t make me feel pressured to buy. She answers my questions, and doesn’t make me feel weird for asking about specific features that are on my “must have” list. During my latest trip, I also worked with Mike Tweedy (in Finance). He was so friendly and personable! He laid out all of the information I needed to make the best decisions for me, and was also very helpful when I asked questions. No pressure, smooth process - so easy and stress free! Seriously though.
