I recently purchased a new Honda Civic Hatchback from Mohawk Honda and the experience was great. Jose and Izaak were both super helpful throughout the process in ordering and buying the car. When the car arrived Jake, Izaak and Lindsey helped to ensure a hassle free process in taking ownership of my car as well as showing me the ins and outs of the new vehicle. Very easy to work wtih and it's obvious that customer service is at the forefront of this dealership. Everyone is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. I had an issue with my Siri service is at the forefront of this dealership. Everyone is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. I had an issue with my Sirius radio not working after I picked up my new vehicle. I stopped by with the car and they fixed the problem immediately. Everyone there that I dealt with from sales (Kern) to business (Tyler) to delivery (Jose) personnel were all very personable and professional. Would highly recommend Mohawk Honda! More
