With time running out, our lease ended on May 8th. We were not sure what we wanted. We looked on line for Volvo's, Cadillac's, Lincoln's, Jeeps, Hyundai's, Kia's, even called a broker and tresspassed on many dealer lots looking and decided on a Volvo XC-40. It was very rare that anyone of the aforementioned emailed or called us back with most dealers closed due to the virus until we received a call from Prestige Volvo and introduced to Patrick Beauford. We have been leasing for about 40 years now and never leased out of state. Always negotiating our deals in New York. Nervous and skeptical about dealing out of state and because of all type of scams going in these days, Patrick assured us that the process would go without a hitch and it did. We texted and emailed him many many times and he returned the calls expeditiously with knowledgeable information day and night 7 days a week and finally offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. And if you know me he has patience of a saint. Everythig was done over email, calls, faxes and texts and we never had to step a foot out of Long Island. If you are thinking about purchasing or leasing from Prestige, dont think anymore, you want be dissapointed. The car was delivered to us about about 60 miles to our home and the drivers were very professional, wore gloves and masks and the seats and steering wheel were wrapped in plastic. Last week I got my second car from them, the 2020 XC60 and this time, I got everything done without having to travel to the dealership, except for picking up a car and signing paper work, and that only took me 15 minutes! The whole process of making a deal was hassle-free and everyone responded to my questions really quickly. Ronnie and Tina were very quick to respond whenever I had any questions.
