Britt is thorough, a master of the process and he answered all our questions. We looked at other MB dealerships in our area as well as out of state. No one wanted to spend the time to make sure our needs were being met; they tried selling us what THEY thought we wanted. We drove 6 hours to buy from Britt because he listened to us and was very conscientious.
