Daniels BMW is my go to dealership. In addition to my BMW I also bring my Audi Q5. I do so because of their excellent service department. We took our X-5 in for a state inspection and emissions test. Lisa was our Service Manager. She was very pleasant, courteous and professional. The service department completed our service quickly. I am respectfully treated as a customer. The work gets done correctly the first time and my car run fantastic. Btw its not a brand new car. Its a 2015 model with 85k miles on it. They advise me on what is needed and what can wait in terms of service. Ethan was my service advisor and he is a great asset to that dealership with over 24 years tenure there.
