The best experience! My wife and I were bringing in our 2019 Equinox for its first oil change and got about 5 miles from Stingray when a crazy thing happened. Our engine l My wife and I were bringing in our 2019 Equinox for its first oil change and got about 5 miles from Stingray when a crazy thing happened. Our engine lost power and immediately went into low power mode on I4 going 70 MPH! Needless to say, my wife and I were pretty shook up. We called the service department and spoke with Lisa. She instructed us to do our best to get the vehicle there and they would get it in to see what’s going on. Once we arrived at the service department, Ricky was quick to get our information and truly cared about our concerns. Ricky then informed us that they had a loner vehicle ready for us. This was a wonderful surprise! We found out later that the issue with our equinox was a known issue and it was quickly repaired by your technicians. To reassure us more, Ricky even test drove our vehicle multiple times throughout the day. This is by far the best service we have ever experienced at a dealership. I want to Recognize Ricky and Lisa for there wonderful skills. They are a valuable asset to your organization. I was a automotive technician for many years at a dealership and this service was seldom seen in my years. Thank you Stingray and Ricky and Lisa! More
