Lisa Rice who called to do something with the appointment was a bit rude. I made the appointment I wanted and didn't want it changed. What's the big deal? Also, in Aug 2017, I limped in with a car that was having difficulty starting. I had AAA get it started and went to my dealer. I was looked down upon because I didn't have an appointment and was offered one A WEEK later. Turns out all I needed was a new battery. They could have saved me stress and finding another place to get help along with their reputation with a simple test. I had never needed an appointment in the past and thought it should have been handled better. More
