We think your technical support team is outstanding; Thiam was very good and informative, and we appreciate the length of time pleasant to work with. We think your technical support team is outstanding; Thiam was very good and informative, and we appreciate the length of time that she had for us. Melissa’s Deep Dive Utube Videos are excellent, and extremely in-depth and informative! What an asset she is! We are surprised that with her knowledge, and skill at presenting it, she isn’t working for Lexus at the national level. We are repeat customers, and have been very happy with Northside Lexus. More
