Definitely doesn't feel like a luxury dealership. I wish they had a Sewll Lexus here. You are definitely treated well at the Sewell . Our first car sales associate wasn't as knowledgeable as I would have liked. My 11 uear old son had to bring up and correct a few different things to the associate about the TX that he wasn't aware of. I almost didn't buy the car until my 11 year old found the correct information on the car on his own. I needed my car fully loaded but it would help if there was someone who knew all the ins and outs of this car. We were told it had running boards that could not be removed. However again after my 11 year old son looked further into this he found that the TX doesn't have running boards. Lexus would have lost that Sale if my child wasn't able to get the correct information. When the car arrived it was missing some of the things I asked for that were supposed to be Factory installed . When I call and spoke to my sales associate she informed me that lexus doesn't let you build your own package they actually pick the car out for you and hopefully it has most of want you wanted. Okay so definitely not a luxury dealership brand. Maybe uears ago Lexus was but this was my first experience. Next time I'll try BMW or Audi and hopefully I can get my car fully loaded with all bells and whistles. More

Lisa was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process of buying my new NX! She answered questions quickly and effectively and really simplified things for us. We were talking to representatives from multiple dealerships but Lisa was by far the easiest to work with which really influenced our decision to travel the 4 hours to Northside from out of town instead of buying from a local dealer. She was highly communicative and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted! I will definitely be recommending her to friends that may be looking for a new car. Cristian is who connected us with Lisa and he also went above and beyond to help us out! Without Cristian, we wouldn’t have even been looking at Northside as an option but he was really helpful and made sure we didn’t settle for anything less than exactly what we were looking for! Mason helped us in finance and made everything a quick and easy process. Compared to financing experiences with previous buys, we were shocked at how quickly and efficiently he walked us through all of our options. The whole team really impressed us and we’ll definitely be looking at Northside for our future car purchases based on the exceptional service that we received! More
