Bought a Ford Explorer- the radio screen went black on the drive home. Once we restarted the car it kept glitching, not connecting to Bluetooth. We live almost 2 hours away from the dealership, we took th the drive home. Once we restarted the car it kept glitching, not connecting to Bluetooth. We live almost 2 hours away from the dealership, we took the car back for their 7-day hapiness guarantee.They couldn't provide a time frame on when they could fix the issue. Asked if we were interested in looking at other options on the lot. We test drove, but didn't end up liking any. We just asked if we could return it. They said that we were about 100 miles over their refund policy and it would costs us $500. We compromised into getting an official diagnosis, which would be a couple days out. Like I said we live far away so we opted into leaving the car there. Initially they offered a rental car, but once we got back to the service center they said since it wasn't a safety issue, they didn't have that option. We still have no time frame or getting it fixed. The car has been with them more than it was in my possession. I was offered to drive back home and drive it back up again when they were ready to actually repair the APIM. And all they say is "I know it's inconvenient." We literally bought a family car because we needed it. It's hard to be driving down 2 hours with 3 children. More

Sales managers are great, attentive, and care about customer experience. They really made us feel heard and appreciated. Our sales rep however, was not the greatest. We treated him with nothing but res customer experience. They really made us feel heard and appreciated. Our sales rep however, was not the greatest. We treated him with nothing but respect and patience and were thankful of his time. However, he was rude, snarky, and very unprofessional. We were met with sarcasm and unnecessary remarks when we were asking to remove add ons from our purchase. Very unprofessional and I hope whatever is going on in his life gets better. I would also like to thank Andy from the service department who took time to share information on the vehicle. I really an appreciate him and the management team for allowing us to leave with a positive experience after what we were dealing with in the beginning. More

Great buying experience. 5 star. Poor after sale service. SUV had a nail in tire and was flat the first morning I had it. Reported to EdgePark with no follow-up on $364 bill 5 star.
