Your initial work order noted that you were preparing for a long trip and wanted us to inspect a concern for “jerking when accelerating” as well as replace the wiper inserts. These checks required some extra time to ensure your vehicle’s performance and safety. After completing the Multi-Point Inspection, we recommended and received approval for additional maintenance — including the engine air filter, cabin air filter, rear differential fluid service, and four-wheel alignment. We apologize if the time estimate wasn’t clearly explained and appreciate your patience.
