Eric, Thank you for taking my call Saturday 3-22-2025 at 12:11pm CST 3 minutes after review being posted on Saturday 3-22-25. Please forgive me for not calling you at exactly 10:00AM today Saturday 3-22-25 like I implied when I responded to your original communication you on Friday evening from my home on 3-21-25 at 10;23pm. I promise you were on my list to call, but you can imagine how busy it gets at a car dealership on a Saturday. I was 2 hours and 11 minutes late to contact you, so I can live with the 1 star because of my tardiness. The items we discussed today on our 33 minute and 43 seconds phone call will be sent Fed Ex to you and you will receive them by 10:30 am on Tuesday 3-25-2025. Owners Manual, child anchor bracket and 'Paper copy" of the Volvo CPO details and I will email and text you the conformation number once my parts department produces the label. Thank you again for you business and hope you enjoy your Volvo s60!!
