This will be the 4th Subaru for us. Subarus are second to none for us. It's never a question about which make of vehicle we're going to buy. The only questions are which Subaru and which dealer. I'm pleased to say that all the Subaru dealers we've visited always provided an exceptional experience. Garavel Subaru is the latest example. We wanted an Ascent to replace our decade old Sienna. It was our last non-Subaru vehicle. Garavel had the most Ascents to choose from out all the dealers within an hour from us. We drove in and were able to negotiate an unbeatable price for a very nicely loaded 2019. They also gave us a very satisfactory purchase price on our minivan. And to top it all off, they were able to get us the lowest interest rate of any lender. Top notch performance from this dealer. It was our first time using them but it will very likely not be our last. Their dealership was also very clean and the all the staff very friendly and courteous. They stayed past closing so that we wouldn't have to drive an hour again and they somehow even got the Ascent detailed and fully gassed up before we took it home. They even gave us parting gifts. Everything couldn't have gone smoother. Anytime I've gone to a non-Subaru dealer, I feel like I have to mentally prepare for battle. Every time I have gone to a Subaru dealer, Garavel included, I feel welcome and at ease. They are always very transparent and forthright. They showed us the repair history on the car, the open recall that is on delay because of parts shortages and everything the technician found when preparing it for sale. Absolutely stellar. Can't ever go wrong buying a Subaru and certainly not from Garavel. Rudy and the rest of the staff were fantastic. We couldn't be happier. More
