Initial interactions with the internet personnel was prompt and concise. The salesperson the internet associate said that I had a meeting with, Taylor, was no where to be found when I spiced for my ap prompt and concise. The salesperson the internet associate said that I had a meeting with, Taylor, was no where to be found when I spiced for my appointment, so Darren jumped in to assist me with the vehicle I was interested in that I found on Carfax. He joined me on the test drive and answered most of my questions. In negotiating price he invited Kele. The manager, to join us. Kyle sat down across from me and said, 'they call me the hamner'. As if to insinuate that he came to put an end any negotiations. The vehicle came with a broken Sideview mirror that he didn't want to fix, the second key fob doesn't work, and my car is missing the head rest pieces in the third row of my Mitsubishi Outlander. I am a repeat customer with Lokey and overall this was a really terrible experience, exasperated by the interactions with the manager Kyle. I had purchased a Nissan in 2018 with Christian and was pleased enough to come back...but my next purchase will NOT be made with Lokey Volkswagen. More
