Very friendly sales staff. Chris was very helpful with the process. Unfortunately the car had issues the moment I drove it off the lot. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR WITH ISSUES. My fiancé bought a 2021 VW Atlas, that has 1 prior owner and about 10k miles. The shifting column popped off less than a month later CAR WITH ISSUES. My fiancé bought a 2021 VW Atlas, that has 1 prior owner and about 10k miles. The shifting column popped off less than a month later!!! And the check engine light came on. How is this car “certified” and underwent “thorough diagnostics” within 24 hours of them receiving the vehicle and then when it comes time to fix these issues they are giving a three week time frame. When we took it to the dealership, we had to FIGHT to get a rental car when we are told one would be provided if we have issues when buying the car, and then, they give us a crappy Chevy Malibu. That is nowhere near comparable to our current driving situation. Now, we are behind another week on the repairs, and they are refusing to upgrade the vehicle to a comparable vehicle for an out of town trip with our family! Steer away from this dealership by all means! Go to Kuhn VW or Bert Smith! More

I waited 3 hours in lobby. Too long for what I asked to be done. My car smelled like French fries when they had it ready. Drove around that evening with windows down to get the smell out.
