Someone hit the car had a big dent in the driver side door while I was signing papers. They are going to fix it but told me I had to rent a car. This is unacceptable. My mom and I were yelled at and surrounded by all the men in the lobby when we asked for a loaner car or to just cancel the purchase 6 days after I bought it. They would not help in any way. Mothers day weekend my mom and I were treated like trash. My mom called and spoke to Tony and he said he'd have a loaner car for me today so they could fix the car. Just left without a loaner can. We could not speak with the General Manager Matt Lokey as of course he is always in a meeting. Being a woman in a man's world at this dealership is not worth it. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE IF YOUR A FEMALE! I literally needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sen needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sent me as much information and pictures as possible.
