I took my car in before Valentine’s Day for some warrantee work. I was given a loaner car and all work was completed in a day. No problem, right? Well, when I got the car back, it was creaking, knoc warrantee work. I was given a loaner car and all work was completed in a day. No problem, right? Well, when I got the car back, it was creaking, knocking and pulling funny. I let it go for a couple weeks and decided to call the service department to make an appt. I called 3 times in 2 days and left multiple messages with no luck on receiving a return call. So I showed up unannounced at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning. They gave me another loaner, pulled my car out of the service bay, parked it behind the building and didn’t touch it for 2 days! I know this for a fact because I have a friend that happened to be at the dealership later that day and sent me a picture of my car parked outside. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday morning and didn’t Receive a phone call until Friday morning. I was then informed that the six bolts holding on the subframe were not “torqued to spec.” So you mean to tell me I was driving around for 2 weeks with a loose subframe?! Unbelievable. The ONLY reason I’ll give them 1 star is because the car no longer makes those knocking or creaking noises. I will NEVER return to this dealership for any reason. More

The service team at Lokey VW is top notch. I drive quite a bit so I am there frequently for routine services. They always get me in on time and provide fairly accurate time estimates as to when the service a bit so I am there frequently for routine services.
