Was at your dealership for a engine service and oil change with a purchased Ally Service Contract. Was told my contract was expired after the motor work had been completed. If I had known the contract change with a purchased Ally Service Contract. Was told my contract was expired after the motor work had been completed. If I had known the contract was expired before hand I would have never elected to have the work done by your dealership very unprofessional!!!! More
