BMW services are top notch from when I arrive through completion. Without any wait time there is an attendant that takes my car to be logged in and driven to be serviced. He is highly versed in the technology of BMW instrumentation and I am grateful. He's very detailed but down to earth in communicating and walking me through the navigation system. More
