Lou worked with her to find the vehicle she was pleased with, and in the correct price range. The two of them did all the preliminary work, and my wife and I went to the dealership after I got off work. Within an hour we were driving our new Kia Sorento home! Lou was excellent. He knew exactly what paperwork needed completed, and we encountered no delays during the entire buying experience. This is our fourth vehicle from this dealership, and we could not be more pleased with the people and the vehicles. This was our first encounter with Lou, but we will look for him next time for sure! Good experience. I went to Myrtle Beach KIA to shop for a new car, by recommendation from a prior purchaser. I was suppose to meet another salesperson, but she was o I went to Myrtle Beach KIA to shop for a new car, by recommendation from a prior purchaser. I was suppose to meet another salesperson, but she was out and was met by Lou. I told him what price range I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. We discussed lease or own, after running some numbers, I choose lease. I never felt pressured as I have with other dealerships in the area. I felt very comfortable with my buying experience with Lou. Great experience I get my car serviced here all of the time. They are very proficient with their time and don't make me wait very long at all. 2014 kia soul Received excellent care from Lou and a young salesman ( c and recall his name) on purchase of used 2014 kia soul ...noticed cut in sidewall of 1 tire Received excellent care from Lou and a young salesman ( c and recall his name) on purchase of used 2014 kia soul ...noticed cut in sidewall of 1 tire and Lou had new tire ordered and installed. After driving car a few days it started missing. Took it into service dept. And talked to Matt .. He supplied me with a rental free of charge while they tracked down the problem ( this problem has happened twice now ) and each time they have made repairs (intermittent problems are hard to find sometimes).... So far so good... car is running great and this is best dealership i have ever delt with thanks Lou and Matt. ......service was good enough that I'm thinking about buying another kia soul later this year from lou More
