I spoke with Lou and asked about a new vehicle purchase because I was told the GM's wife is driving that vehicle as a daily driver. I said we're interested, but would need to negotiate the price given it i because I was told the GM's wife is driving that vehicle as a daily driver. I said we're interested, but would need to negotiate the price given it is being driven around town, daily. He started paraphrasing the "law" about what a new vehicle is and that it can have up to 1500 miles and still be considered new because it isn't registered. I asked that we be able to negotiate the price on this because if an individual purchased this vehicle and drove it off the lot, it would be considered used. He then proceeded to argue with me and tell me all dealerships do this. I can't remember anytime that I have purchased a new vehicle with more than 7 miles on it. His response "ours have 10-12 miles, I don't need your business" and then hung up on me. I'll let you decide if you want to work with this dealership after reading this. More

I recently had the opportunity to work with Alicia, who is a nice addition to the service team at Courtesy. While performing the oil change and routine service, my battery failed the test, so she offered the option of replacing the battery, and made the decision easy by checking the service record to see how old the battery was. In less than an hour and a half, I was on my way with a happy and spotless car. I've always enjoyed working with the service team, including Vanessa, Michael, Kenny, Alicia, and last but certainly not least, Lou. More

My car is falling apart after 3 weeks. They sold me a used car with issues and now I have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. Just wish they would vet their vehicles a little better to prevent this. More
