With every car I have leased or purchase the experiences were very good whether it was to learn about a vehicle, make the purchase or to have service work done. They have knowledgeable people in all areas and have always seen that I was not only informed about the vehicle itself but how to take care of it once I purchased it. They do not take the purchase of a vehicle lightly and are willing to take any extra time needed to help you make an informed decision. Once I made the purchase my best interest was still their concern helping me with any questions that I had after that. Even with service work whether it was routine or more, what they were going to do with my car was made clear to me before they proceeded with the work. My visit was to end a lease on a vehicle and then purchase it with an extended warranty plan. I have the highest respect for John Paul's which is made into the excellent dealership it is because of the people they have working there. More

Worst I ever dealt with. Thier lack of knowledge of Duramax diesels and pick up trucks is unbelievable. They should not be selling them. Took 6 hrs to get truck ordered correctly. Took 5 months to get Duramax diesels and pick up trucks is unbelievable. They should not be selling them. Took 6 hrs to get truck ordered correctly. Took 5 months to get it. Accessories to be put on at dealer ordered incorrectly. When picked up truck 28 miles on odometer. Salesman said Thier should have only been 9-10 miles on it. No explanation for extra miles. Fuel tank was not full, Def tank was not full and the truck was dirty. Someone was driving it around. Now it does not run correctly and service department is of no use because they don't know how to fix a Duramax. Whish I would have gone to Lunch. More
