Hector Hernandez answered all of my questions and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Matei told me he was happy we came back and was gracious (which is rare at a car dealership.!) Even Louis Leon was great in finance. A painless experience-- which says a lot! car was dirty inside when i picked it up, but Hector offered to have it re detailed or completely re done when i came back to get my windows tinted which i really appreciate.! More

Carl Black Orlando Consistently Exceeds Expectations I have leased three vehicles from Carl Black and have purchased two vehicles from them. Leo in sales and Matei as a manager treat me like family. They legimately look out for my best interests and are always 100% honest. I know this because I am a terrible person to sell a car to and am not quick to make a decision. I shop across the state whenever I’m in the market and EVERY SINGLE time I’ve done that, Leo and Matei have always had the best price and also everything they told me I would encounter at the other dealers was always 100% accurate. In addition to the sale, Leo and Matei have always made themselves available for anything related to the cars as long as we own the cars. Louis has been the Financial Manager we work with and not only is he very friendly and likeable, but he is very efficient. Closing out our sales has been a breeze with no snags, surprises, or delays. I have referred many others to this dealership and to these individuals. My neighbor purchased two vehicles from them and my brother recently purchased a truck from them.
