I have driven only Fords since 1986 and always used the same dealership in Pittsburgh but when I moved to Ohio and my car was totaled - I needed a new car. I reached out via the Klaben website and almost immediately got an email from Robert Simon and he said he would be my contact through the whole process. Immediately I was impressed - then a few minutes later I got an email from Louis Polos telling me he was helping Robert and wanted to get me some numbers. Again impressed with the response time. I stopped by to test drive an Escape and was greeted by both Robert and Louis. They both were so nice and knowledgable. I loved the way they worked together to help me with the financing and lease options. I was treated like I had been shopping at Klabens for the past 30 years. They gave me a number I liked but needed to wait a bit to pull the trigger due to insurance payout of the total vehicle. They assured me the car I wanted was mine and they would hold it for me. I called Robert yesterday morning and said lets do this. He even picked me up at my house and took me to the dealership. Angela Gennaro handled the paperwork and was great at explaining everything. She was super efficient. Louis scheduled my first oil change and I was driving my new Escape home within an hour. Klaben is why I stick with Ford- not only are their cars great but they really know how to treat a customer. I feel like I have found my new Ford home. Thanks Robert, Louis and Angela! I will be back. More

Just bought a new Lincoln. Had it built. On the day I arrived to do the paperwork and pick it up, there were no less than seven people who got involved (!) including Richard Kl Had it built. Richard set the tone, sharing how important it is for him that each Klaben person listens to the customer and uses empathy for the customer's situation before making any decision--whether it be a decision about pricing, delivery, service, or any extra that might need attention. My salesperson, Doug Lewin, is a great human being who counts himself successful ONLY if the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Sean Bradford, in service, showed up to share a dozen interesting and heartfelt points of view about customer service and how his shop is committed to it. Frankly, given that Lincoln built and delivered the car during an autoworker's strike, there were one or several things that went wrong during the process. At each of these points, Klaben stepped in to "make it right." I've been with Klaben for eight years and that phrase is one I have heard very, very often. When something goes wrong. They fix the problem. Period. I have never had any Klaben employee dance around, trying to deflect a problem with smoke and mirrors. This organization wants to "do the right thing." Each time. Every time. Klaben is going all in on Lincoln, building a new showroom, committing to provide dedicated Lincoln service. At this point, they are the best Lincoln dealer in the state. When the new digs are done, they will be one of the best Lincoln dealerships in the country. Lucky me. Lucky you. Go meet these people. They will make you smile. More
