Our experience with Louis was exceptional, we were not sure if we would be leasing or buying again. But he started off by walking us through our options and talking to us about the different financial options we had.Louis wasn't originally supposed to take care of us that day, but he took care of us as if he had known us for quite some time. he was consistently checking up on us during the process, keeping us company while waiting and answering all in any questions we had. We live an hour away from Klabeb Ford, but customer service like Lewis provided us is what keeps us driving an hour there and back when we could easily drive 10 minutes down the road to get it a new vehicle. We greatly appreciated the fact he walked us through the vehicles features and ensured that we were comfortable and confident in our vehicle before leaving the lot. More

Digital sales experience was easy and flawless I have a bit of a chaotic schedule and Louis worked with me by email and text to custom build the unicorn of an F-150 that I have been looking for. When it came in, we did most of the paperwork online from home and he had me in and out of the showroom in about an hour. He triple checked everything on the build sheet before he placed the order and after the truck came in - and it was perfect, exactly what I wanted. I was never in the dark because he followed up with me throughout the process to let me know where things were. I've been coming to Klaben for service on my previous lease because they were so good at everything they do, and the sales side did not disappoint either. I will definitively be back for my next purchase/lease. More
