NO REGRETS I don’t know where to begin, Chris And Louis from Klaben Ford are the BEST around. From start to finish I was explained to carefully and in full detai I don’t know where to begin, Chris And Louis from Klaben Ford are the BEST around. From start to finish I was explained to carefully and in full detail every step of the process. As a first time car buyer/ leaser AND a woman, it was important to me that I wasn’t talked to like I was an idiot. I wanted to know my options and I wanted people who could be straight forward on what was achievable on pricing. I’ve had many dealerships get my interest with advertised low pricing that was totally FALSE and when I went in, they would only show me rates if I put so much down (more than I wanted to) and a 39 month lease trying to get me with low monthly installments. I didn’t like those subtle tricks- not for a second did Louis or Chris do that with me. They made sure I knew of all my pricing options and helped me get the process completed quickly. I mean I’m talking 5-star service, texting me past office hours to answer questions, setting up paperwork so I could be in and out within the hour, and treating me with the upmost respect. These are people who are ready to work hard just for you and you don’t run into many people like that anymore. Mr. Klaben also personally came up and greeted me and that made me feel valued as a customer. Can’t recommend them enough! More

I went back and forth with Louis through emails. I was very impressed at the knowledge and professionalism. I met with him to determine the value of my trade-in. I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle for another month. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the vehicle that I had been wanting. They had the color I wanted and a price within my budget. It was just a great experience. No one hassling me over a price or stressing me out over purchasing something that I didn't want. It was just a pleasant, time well spend experience. He's funny too. I like the fact that Louis made our meeting more personable. I felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from a friend. Very nice salesperson. I emailed him and told him that I just love my car and I am very happy with it. He wanted to show me the ends and outs of the dashboard, but I told him I needed more time to listen. He let me know that I can come back at my convenience and he will go over everything with me and help me set up my Iphone. Such a nice guy. I followed Kim Wolfram from Clark Ford after this dealership closed. She had been taking care of me and my car for over 20 years. I trust her knowledge and experience with my cars. The best new car purchase experience I have ever had. My search started in Florida for a new Lincoln Nautilus but the features I needed are not readily available here. I had a good experience with Klaben My search started in Florida for a new Lincoln Nautilus but the features I needed are not readily available here. I had a good experience with Klaben in Kent with a prior purchase of a Ford Explorer through Dayton Parkins in sales. When I found a Lincoln Nautilus with the features I required, on the web, I contacted Klaben Ford Lincoln via your website. This purchase experience started with an email on 3/20/2019 to Klaben Ford Lincoln and the response came back from Louis Polos by email as I requested. On 3/28/2019 the new Lincoln Nautilus was parked in my garage. Most of the negotiations prior to purchase was carried out by email between Louis and myself which is probably not the way most Lincolns are sold. I have never met Louis but he was a pleasure to deal with and I will highly recommend Louis and both of your Kent Ford and Lincoln dealerships in the future. Thank you for a great experience! More
