It is a big purchase and rushing to make decisions is stressful for me. My Dad is a previous customer of Klaben so he suggested I meet with his salesman Mike Cooney. Mike introduced me to Louis Polos and together they worked to find me the 2019 Escape that fit my needs. They didn’t sell me on things I didn’t need, but helped me make an informed decision on what I wanted and needed. Everyone there was always smiling and said hello. He patiently answering question and even fairly recommended me to check out a great deal from another dealer that I brought up to him as this car's price was a bit high for my budget at the time. And when I didn't think this car would work out, He notified me and asked if I was still interested before they posted the new lowered price online. I have been very picky in what I want in a car and to have several things updated and cleaned, and Louis has bent backward to meet my need. He even replaced the USB port so that the car can have carplay, and he registered my email to the Lincolnway account so the app is ready to use. He drove the car to my mechanic that is an hour away because I would feel better if my mechanic looked it over. Above all, he is super easy to get in touch with! He responds almost immediately through countless emails and texts in these last few weeks. Although I didn't work much directly with James Stickler, I am sure he works hard as well in the background. Thank you also to service guys that cleaned the car, touched up the paints and replace the center storage piece and install accessory in my 'new' car The president also took time to email and ask how are things going While this dealer may not be where you can get the lowest priced vehicle of its kind out there, the convenience of ease of communication, friendliness, without being pushy or aggressive is totally worth it.
