This dealership is worthless at selling used cars. They tell you they do 120 point inspection before you purchase and when problems happen you find out that a 120 point inspection is driving it a few They tell you they do 120 point inspection before you purchase and when problems happen you find out that a 120 point inspection is driving it a few blocks. And then something happens to the car before your first 1000 miles and they can’t fix the problem correctly and tell you it’s because your drive your car and put miles on it. Lastly you get kick out of there dealership and you where not even there. I also spoke with the previous owner of the bought car and found out problem he was having and I spoke with Tim Holms himself and he clearly didn’t care that his car dealership is selling junk. If you want a junk car buy it from holms where they do nothing to make things right. If a dealership wants your business they will treat there customer right. More

Could not ask for a more friendly and accommodating staff. I was from out of state and they went above and beyond to address my repairs. 163 dollars later and did not fix the problem . Spoke to management and they yes that's how it works the next step is to replace the radio. Screen was not cleaned still had finger prints as they sa Spoke to management and they yes that's how it works the next step is to replace the radio. Screen was not cleaned still had finger prints as they said it was cleaned. Screen was not calibrated, touch screen still not working correctly. Screen still changes without even touching it. I asked if I went back to get the radio replaced would the 163 dollars go towards it, the answer was no. Never going back for any services. Not the first time having an unsatisfying experience. More
