Outstanding customer service, kept me updated on the status of my repair and had it done in a timely manner! I had purchase the extended warranty from Cedric when I bought the vehicle and it only cost m status of my repair and had it done in a timely manner! I had purchase the extended warranty from Cedric when I bought the vehicle and it only cost me $50 on a $3,000+ repair! I broke down in Salina and had an exhaust problem with my Duramax truck. Lucas and his team at the service department did an amazing job getting me in and out within five or six hours of my reported problem. Duramax truck. I am so thankful for this team, they are setting the standard for customer service. Lately people act like they’re doing a favor for you to just have a quality service; not at HOLM.
