My issue with the service is being charged $200 for just plugging the car into a computer for an error code. I think it's a very excessive charge. I also question the quality of the car put in the lot that I purchased. I've had multiple check engine codes since I bought the car 10 MONTHS ago on a car that has less than 60,000 miles on it. I will NEVER buy a car from you again. I feel likely I am being hustled to pay for equipment failures that are a QUALITY issue with the car specifically and unfortunately Ford's overall product quality as of late that I shouldn't have to pay for with a vehicle with low mileage as mine. I call to make an appointment and the next day they pick up my vehicle and return it when services are complete. I don't have to worry about taking the vehicle to Lake Ford and finding a rise home because o up my vehicle and return it when services are complete.
