I call in Tuesday for Thursday service. I ask about the hour I could bring my car in. They tell me they have a 7:00 AM open. I tell them I'm going to drop my car Wednesday night so they hav I ask about the hour I could bring my car in. They tell me they have a 7:00 AM open. I tell them I'm going to drop my car Wednesday night so they have it for early morning. They say we work on it first thing in the morning. When I drop the key at the dropbox I fill up the worksheet and request the car be done by 11. My car didn't get done. Enter a lot before 6 PM. I went to the dealer about 5:20 PM and I see my car on the lifted do the oil change. The service I dropped off it doesn't take that long Lucas he tried making a story. I didn't believe none of it tire rotation I didn't think so. They done it each tire have a different pressure. The front tire looks the same in the same spot because the shape from outside the tire from turning left and right you could see the mark on it. They say they did a car wash on my car is still at the same way hasn't been washed. I'm not happy about the service at all. More
