Rufus was not very helpful with my used car shopping experience, I had to call him twice to get an out the door price. The vehicle was priced competitively to get you in the door. They do not want to “haggle” but force you to pay $798 for Kahu GPS(which has terrible reviews) and $698 for lifetime tint (which is only valid in Arizona) in addition to a $598 document prep fee. You can browse through their inventory and see that they regularly keep cars on their lot for several months. I can’t imagine how much money they are losing by having their inventory sit and depreciate. Also I have excellent credit and somehow they offered me financing at 70% interest rate. More

Took delivery of our 2020 Telluride today from Tyler at Mark Kia. Tyler is absolutely spectacular. Through the whole find, order it, wait for it to come in and delivery he’s one of the best ever. Pablo continued to check in on me after I left the dealership with no purchase and days after I did purchase. This was my first time buying a new car and Lucas did a great job explaining the deal I was getting. I'm a slow and careful decision maker and they were both very patient throughout the process. All the employees I encountered at the dealership were upbeat, friendly, and welcoming. My only complaint is that Maricella in financing is impossible to get ahold of and not very friendly. Unfortunately the finance side of a car purchase is the most stressful, so this soured the overall experience. She couldn't even be bothered to provide a copy of the contract, as required by AZ law, until I asked Pablo to keep checking on it for me. More

Car transactions can be stressful but with a non commission sales staff and people that are willing to listen to our concerns and goals they not only met our expectations but made us feel like we were making the right decisions. I would also like to say that the very nice lady in Finance was also a breeze to work with. She was straightforward and we had papers signed in under 10 minutes.
