Luci is not only very knowledgeable, but professional and a warm caring person. As a working mother for many yrs, I appreciate having a female salesman and continued contact there. I know I can call her anytime and she will be available to assist me. There was also a gentleman (sorry I do not recall his name) who spent time answering my questions when I pulled in unannounced after having the Subaru about a month. He was patient and did not make me feel rushed at all. And Duke in service has been great! He explains things thoroughly, answered other questions I had about my car and is very personable. In the fall I pulled in to get tire pressures checked before I left town and I was so grateful when Duke noticed a bubble in my front tire and managed to get a tire there the next day to replace it allowing me to leave town on a cross country trip on time. Luci was exceptional. We enjoyed working with her and Mary and Connolly and Nancy and Chase and the other members of the Dean Team to whom we were introduced along the way We enjoyed working with her and Mary and Connolly and Nancy and Chase and the other members of the Dean Team to whom we were introduced along the way. We had done our homework looking for a replacement for our 2006 Subaru Forester and had chosen two nearly identical 2025 vehicles, although technically one was "new" and one was "used" -- but of the same model year. Luci was very helpful in answering our questions about the vehicles in general and in the differences between the two. All in all, we enjoyed the experience, made our choice without any pressure or sales gimmicks and came away with a car that precisely fit our needs. Thank you, Luci! More
