Hi Martha, I'm sorry to hear that your visit did not go as expected. I was reviewing your invoice and wanted to see if I could better understand. I see that we performed a oil change and tire rotation. I also see that the differential service, wiper blades, cabin air filter , and engine air filter were declined. All of these items would be recommended by either time or mileage by the normal maitenance schedule. We have no record of any of these items being completed over the past 3 years. Was there something that happened during your visit that you would like to share? I'm trying to figure out why we deserved a 1 star rating as a store along with a 1 star rating for your advisor Lucia. I look forward to hearing more about the experience.
