Worst car buying experience ever. I walked in ready to put a $7000 down payment on top of trading in my car. I sat down and agreed on an monthly payment that made sense for me.I then I walked in ready to put a $7000 down payment on top of trading in my car. I sat down and agreed on an monthly payment that made sense for me.I then asked that they do not run my credit through multiple banks and that I only authorize my credit to be ran through the current bank that I have my car with already. They agreed and I was asked to give a $3500 deposit and to come back the next morning with the other $3500. 30 mins later I get a call from the sales guy saying to come back in the morning with an additional $6800. While he was asking me to come back with more money I started getting notifications that my credit was ran through 4-5 different banks. I told the sales rep I will not be coming back with no more money and to give me my money back. That was August 29th it is now September 12 and I still have not gotten my money back. Then I called on sept 7th to speak with a manager regarding my refund just to get met with an attitude by her and then be told that I couldn’t come to “her dealership” because there won’t be any fights at “her dealership”. When asked who was fighting ? I want the money that I spent for a service I didn’t receive. She says we will mail it and then hangs up in my face. This place is bad business and I know that I could’ve picked the check up on site but instead to further inconvenience me they decide to mail it. Now here I am 2 weeks later still waiting for the money they took in 5 mins. I don’t know what shady illegal business they have going on but my $3500 shouldn’t be used to do it! I want my money back before I pursue legal action. More
