I was pleased with the oil change and price but not the labour price for installing 2 small filters. The labour was more then the cost of the 2 filters. 5 to 10 minutes work shouldn’t be over $100.00. Most labour price for installing 2 small filters. Also my car was dirtier after you washed it than it was when I brought it in. Water spots everywhere on it after it dried on mirrors and windows and the entire car. Whomever washes your vehicles has never used or heard of a chamois. High end vehicle low end service and wash. I am actually surprised a high end dealer treats their clients like this. More
